Activenotes™ will allow you to do more with your Google Reader RSS subscriptions, Twitter, Facebook, and Blog accounts.
Activenotes™ includes 2-way syncronization with Google Reader so all the changes you make here will also be reflected in your Google Reader Database.

So far, powered by Google Reader, Twitter, and OpenCalias.
